PARENT TESTIMONIALS

Gully Family

2021

My two year old daughter has been attending their toddler program for a few months now. We are so happy to have found this place. Her teachers are communicative, prompt, and most importantly, very loving to our daughter. The center follows strict COVID-19 protocols. The director, Jenifer, is very helpful and friendly. Overall, we trust CYW and will continue to enroll our daughter in their daycare.

I have known this child care center for 13 years and I recommend it 100% the teachers are very dedicated to the children and the children learn to be very independent and their learning is very advanced. Their managers are always aware of what is happening and listen to you when you have any questions or comments.

I love the CYW staff at Ellis. We had our son in the after school program starting in 2014, and currently our daughter is there. The staff is kind, patient, and respectful of the kids and families. I'm so thankful for having an onsite option for after school; it's really been so tremendously helpful. They are constantly engaging the kids with fun and educational activities and plenty of outdoor play time too. I can honestly say that the teachers at the Ellis site truly care about my children and their wellbeing. Like so many Bay Area families we have two parents who work a full time (and then some!!) schedule. Having a reliable, consistent, and trustworthy child care provider for both before AND after school is an absolute necessity. CYW has been our family's answer and we're so happy to have them!

Both my 4 year old and 2 year old boys have been going here for a little over a year now. They provide breakfast and lunch, as well as their own diapers and wipes. The classrooms and playground are fine, although due to the blacktop outside my sons NEVER wears shorts due to skinned knees.

The teachers are harder to review, as each one is different and interacts with the kids differently. The newborn room was very relaxed, calm, clean, no shoes allowed, and quite. My youngest was always happy to go to school when he was in the newborn room. He was moved to the next room at age 18 months, then again at 2 years old. That is a bit too much changing around for a kid only there for a year, he's already had more than 8 different teachers.

My 4 year old was in the 3 year old room for a year, and moved on to the 4 year old room just recently. He is pretty happy with his teachers, although he has had a couple issues with other students and we had to get the teachers involved they seems concerned and willing to work with us.
